We are shaped in relationship, and we heal in relationship. By exploring the patterns and experiences that influence how you connect with yourself and others, we can create new possibilities for understanding, connection, and change.

Healing Happens in Relationships

“My goal is to create the kind of safety that makes honesty possible”

I’m a relationship-focused therapist working with individuals and couples who want to strengthen their connection before patterns become entrenched.

A lot of my work is preventative—helping couples build awareness, communication, and repair skills early, so small moments don’t quietly grow into larger distance over time. I draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the Gottman Method, and systems theory to understand not just what is happening in a relationship, but the emotional cycles that keep it happening.

Most couples don’t struggle because they don’t care. They struggle because they keep finding themselves in the same loop, especially when things feel tender or overwhelming. In session, we slow those moments down just enough to see them clearly and begin to shift how they unfold.

My goal is to create the kind of safety that makes honesty possible.

From there, the work becomes more intentional. We notice what happens when things tighten between you, what each of you reaches for in those moments, and how repair can start to feel more accessible again. Not perfectly. Not instantly. But more reliably over time.
