Hi, I’m Courtney

LMFT-Associate, Supervised by Sonya Jensen, LMFT-S

I believe people make the most meaningful changes when they have a place where they can show up honestly, without needing to have it all figured out first.

My work is grounded in the idea that relationships shape us. The relationship with yourself. The ones you inherited. The ones you've chosen. The ones you're still learning how to navigate. Together, we'll explore the patterns, stories, and experiences that have influenced how you connect with yourself and others today.

I strive to create a space that feels welcoming, inclusive, and genuinely human. Therapy doesn't require a perfect version of you at the door. You can bring your uncertainty, your humor, your contradictions, your grief, your hopes, and the parts of yourself that don't quite fit neatly into a box. All of you is welcome here.

Whether you're navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, family dynamics, questions of identity, or simply feeling disconnected from the life you want to be living, we'll work collaboratively to better understand what's happening beneath the surface and discover new ways of moving forward.

My approach is relational, curious, and compassionate. I believe insight matters, but insight alone isn't enough. Lasting change often happens when we pair understanding with new experiences, new conversations, and new ways of relating both to ourselves, and to the people who matter most.

When I'm not in the therapy room, you'll likely find me tending to my garden, rearranging a room for the hundredth time, getting lost in a creative project, or spending time with the people and pets I love. Those small moments of connection and curiosity are part of what remind me why relationships matter in the first place.

At The Relationship Space, my hope is simple: to offer a place where you can feel seen, understood, and supported as you build relationships that feel more authentic, connected, and aligned with who you are.
